If you bought Remove Ads and changed devices, use Apple's restore purchase flow inside the app when available. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
Leaderboards require Game Center sign-in. If scores do not appear, check your Game Center account in iOS Settings and try again later.
Send a screenshot or screen recording if you can. The best reports include what happened, what you expected, and what you tapped just before it happened.
